The Saudi Society of Pain Medicine is a multidisciplinary community that brings together a diverse group of clinicians, scientists and other professionals interested in pain, to increase the knowledge and awareness of pain and transform public policy and clinical practice to reduce pain-related suffering

  • Conduction of biannual International Scientific conference and alternating with National Saudi Forum, in various regions of Saudi Arabia
  • Conduction of Pain Club every 3 months in the major cities in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah & Dammam).
  • Conduction of workshops of pain related procedures, regional anesthesia & nerve blockade every 3 months in various cities in Saudi Arabia.
  • Issuing a quarterly news letter
  • Initiation of continuous medical education using the Society web page.
  • Preparing for the issuing of open access journal.
  • Writing the practice guidelines for management of various types of pain
  • Helping in the initiation of pain management centers in various region of Saudi Arabia
